PURPOSE: To provide a producing device that thermally forms multiple printing plastic plate molds, especially reproduces intaglio-printing plates.

CONSTITUTION: This device is composed of an electrode support device to support a plate electrode 7, a plate support device to support an original plate 19 provided with engraved patterns, and a slide frame that is slidably provided between the original plate 19 and the plate electrode 7 and that carries a thermal forming plastic plate 4. The original plate 19 serves as the second electrode, and the electrodes are connected to a high-frequency device. The first plate electrode 7 is provided with a borderline 7a matching a pattern of the original plate 19, that is, the envelope of a printing to be made. An insulating material of the same thickness as the first electrode surrounds the first electrode. A result is that during compression molding using high-frequency heating, only the printing area is heated.
