In the multiple process method for continuously producing an alicyclic diisocyanate by reacting an alicyclic amine with a carbonic acid derivative and an alcohol to give an alicyclic diurethane and successively thermally decomposing the diurethane into the alicyclic diisocyanate, the formation of the diurethane is carried out by two processes, the diurethane from which a low-boiling component and a middle-boiling component are removed is thermally decomposed to liberate the fixed diisocyanate, a part of the decomposition bottoms of a decomposition apparatus is continuously conveyed, a high-boiling component is separated from the part, the conveyed material thus purified is reurethanized with an alcohol and recirculated in the processes.
