Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple pump device having a large discharge rate compared with a size of an outer shape.
SOLUTION: In this multiple pump, an interval P2 between central axial lines CP of a piston 32 in at least one pair of adjacent piston pumps 12a, 12b: 12b, 12c is larger than an interval P1 between central axial lines CR of a piston rod 20 in the adjust piston pumps. In this construction, when the interval between the piston rods 20 and a thickness of the cylinder 30 are the same as those of conventional device, an outer diameter of the piston 32 can be larger than that of the conventional one. Therefore, a discharge rate of a pump device increases. Further, for a driving means 14 for driving the piston rod 20, the means having the same dimensions as those of a conventional construction can be used.
