This working equipment divides a cutting line 11B for half- cutting multiple-sheet member 13A with contact into a straight portion 16 and its jointed portion 17 and punches the jointed portion 17 and a punched portion near it in a previous process, and half-cuts the straight portion 16 by means of punching die with a bottom dead center regulating bumper where a straight half-cutting edge formed by grinding slender rectangular parallelopiped block steel material is mounted on an upper base.
