In this device, each of a pair of rotary shafts 12B arranged with an erection attitude is provided with a feed-down unit 12 mounted with a plurality of blades 12A maintaining a predetermined vertical interval and a predetermined phase angle in the radial direction. The box-like workpieces W continuously supplied onto a pair of facing blades 12A at the highest position are stacked by synchronously driving the rotary shafts 12B in a pair of feed-down units 12 to sequentially move the phases of the blades under the box-like workpieces W. By receiving a following box-like workpieces W on the received box-like workpieces W while feeding down the box-like workpieces W received by the blade 12A at the upper position to the lower-stage blade 12A, the stacking operation is performed. The stacked box-like workpieces W are delivered downward from the blade 12A at the lowest position by the same operation as the stacking operation.
