Abstract:

PURPOSE: To enable a work to be smoothly loaded and unloaded even when dislocation is caused between the load carrying platform and a load transfer device, which is caused by the inclined load carrying platform, by providing a posture correcting means which conforms the posture of the load carrying platform to the load transfer means at a station side in a carriage stop condition.

CONSTITUTION: The load carrying platform 5 is placed on a base plate 6, is connected to the base plate 6 at its one end section via a hinge section 7, and is carried by a posture adjusting section 8 at its opposite side end. In this place, the posture adjusting section 8 is composed of a drive motor 9 set on the base plate and an eccentric cam 10. When an unmanned carrying vehicle 1 is stopped at the designated position of a station, and when let the load carrying platform 5 gain access to a load transfer means at the station side, the dislocation of a relative inclination angle θ between the load carrying platform 5 and the load transfer device at an opposite side is detected at this position by a sensor 11. A controller 12 then starts the drive motor 9 based on the detected signal so as to rotate the eccentric cam 10, so that the load carrying platform 5 is corrected in posture in such a way that the relative inclination angle θ may become zero while the platform 5 is in parallel with the load transfer device on the opposite side.
