Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the FM multiplex broadcast receiver in which a program start date, a closing date and an erasure date are designated in the case of transmission of program data in an FM multiplex broadcast program.
SOLUTION: A CPU 40 in the FM multiplex broadcast receiver 100 discriminates whether or not program data are included in received broadcast program data based on operating mode data included in program management data given from an FM multiplex signal decode section 15, and also extract data relating to program start date, closing date and erasure date based on parameter data succeeding to program control command in the program management data and stores the extracted data to a memory 30. The CPU 40 executes the program for a designated period only based on the data stored in the memory 30 and deletes the program in the memory 30 when the erasure date comes.
