Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent envelope power from remarkably increasing.
CONSTITUTION: The same reference frequency signal from a reference oscillator 14 is supplied to each synthesizer 15i of each quadrature modulator 11i (i=1, 2,..., n) and the synthesizers are synthesized with the signal. Each of the carrier waves which are synchronized by these synthesizers 15i in phase and are at a fixed frequency interval is shifted to phases different with each other in a phase converter A quandrature modulation is performed for the shifted carrier waves and the both input signals of each input terminal 1i and 2i and the output of each quadrature modulator 11i is synthesized and outputted in a power synthesizer 12.
