Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce voltage drop caused by a resistor serially inserted to a power supply line by using a 1st circuit, which is serially inserted to a shared line, as a constant current circuit. SOLUTION: A current mirror circuit (constant current circuit) 41 is inserted to a power supply line 7 on the output side of a switch circuit 9. The current mirror circuit 41 is composed of a transistor, the resistor, a differential amplifier and the constant current source or the like. When a 1st or 2nd switching transistor 21 or 28 is turned on, current flows to resistors 22 and 29 serially connected to these transistors, and try to flow from the current mirror circuit 41. Since the current mirror circuit 41 is composed of the constant current circuit, however, a resistant component is increased, feedback is loaded, the amount of current to flow out of the current mirror circuit 41 is tried to be fixed and the voltage of the power supply line 7 is dropped. Then, data from a microcomputer 25 are transmitted through a signal line Z to a microcomputer 13.
