PURPOSE: To notify a processing part of the ON information for another bit immediately after the completion of a process being conducted even when several bits within an input bit group are turned on and to conduct the continuous processing without loss time in the processing part.
CONSTITUTION: Several scanning parts 81 each of which scans the respective input bit within the input bit group in order and selects and outputs any one of the ON input bits, a selection part 82 selecting any one of these scanning part 81 and outputting its output signal, and a selection control part 83 conducting a switching control of the selection part 82 so that the other scanning part is selected when the ON output bit or the scanning part selected by the selection part 82 is turned off, are provided. The several scanning parts 81 are constructed so that each of them can scan the respective input bit other than the ON input bit selected by the other scanning parts and select the ON input bit.
