PURPOSE: To elastically stick an outer layer to an inner layer and provide a dense and solid cover by forming the spiral inner diameter of a deformed belt muterial wound on each layer smaller than the outer diameter of an inner layer when a linear body is multiplex-wound on the outer periphery of a shaft and a pipe or the like used for conveying oil.
CONSTITUTION: A shaft 1 is inserted into the pipe shafts 11-13 of layer winding mechanism sections 7-9, both ends of the shaft 1 are supported on a rotation support device 16, and a carriage 10 is advanced at a fixed fine speed while the shaft 1 is rotated at a fixed fine speed. Coated wires are fed from the layer winding mechanism sections 7-9 and continuously wound. In the first and second layer winding mechanisms 7, raw materials of deformed belt materials 3, 4 are bent at the curvature smaller than the outer diameter of the first layer via three bending rollers 21a-c, then they are screwed and wound on the outer periphery of the shaft 1. Metal belt materials 5, 6 wound on bobbins 25, 28 of the third and fourth layer winding mechanism sections 8, 9 are nearly similarly bent and wound on the inner layer.
