Title:
MULTIPOINT DETECTOR FOR ROTATING BODY
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS5672311
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To make the detection of rotating positions with one rotor and one detector, by increasing the output of the detector detected from a body to be detected being the reference among bodies to be detected provided to the rotor than the output obtained from other bodies to be detected.

CONSTITUTION: A magnet 14b corresponding to the reference position among 4 magnets 14aW14d provided at the circumference of a rotor 2 is projected externally to the rotor 2 so that the distance between the tip and a magnetic flux detector 15 is made smaller than the distance between other magnets 14a, 14c, 14d and the detector 15. A signal is output from a discriminating circuit 18 to reset a counter 17, which counts 1. Further, every time when other magnets 14c, 14d, 14a pass through the detector 15, count 17 is made for the detection of the position of rotation.
