Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multipole plug and a manufacturing method thereof in which a contact part of a plug main body with a cord wire can be compacted.
SOLUTION: A tip terminal comprises a large diameter contact part 12a and a thin diameter terminal part 12b extended forward and back in an axial direction on both sides of a flange part 12c, and this terminal part 12b penetrates a first to a third insulation collars, with its connection tip part 12e contained in a terminal containing part 18c of the third insulation collar. A ring terminal comprises a cylindrical ring 13a, and an auxiliary ring terminal comprising a cylindrical ring part to be contained on an inner circumferential surface of the cylindrical ring 13a and a flat terminal 13d extended from the ring part, and the terminal 13d penetrates the second insulation collar and the third insulation collar in such a way that its connection tip part 13e disposed under the terminal part connection tip part 12e of a tip terminal having a terminal containing part bottom wall 18e of the third insulation collar between them.
