To achieve reduction of size and weight, and lowering of the gravity center in a multipurpose conveyance vehicle in which an engine 12 is mounted on a traveling frame 4 supported by front wheels 2 and rear wheels 3 on the right and left, and which comprises a traveling transmission case 13 changing speed and transmitting power of the engine to either of the two front wheels or the two rear wheels, an operation cabin 8 provided with a steering wheel 10 and a seat 9, and a loading platform 27 to place an conveyed object thereon.
The traveling frame is composed by a main frame 5 formed in a rectangular enclosure frame in a plane view and disposed between the front wheels and the rear wheels, a front frame 6 projecting forward from the main frame to between both front wheels to support both the front wheels, and a rear frame 7 projecting rearward from the main frame to between both rear wheels to support the loading platform and both the rear wheels. The operation cabin is provided on the upper face of the main frame, the engine is transversely placed on the front frame to make a crankshaft 12a arranged in a transverse direction, and the traveling transmission case is supported by the front frame and disposed at a position between the engine and the operation cabin.
