This multipurpose fermentation apparatus of three-dimensional heating type includes a heating container for receiving a substance to be fermented, and at least a first heating part and a second heating part for heating the heating container, wherein the fermentation apparatus is composed of a first switching element which makes the first heating part and/or the second heating part supplied with external electric power, a second switching element which makes the second heating part supplied with the external electric power, and a microcomputer which realizes an optimal fermentation state by controlling the first heating part and/or the second heating part, respectively, based on selection of a prescribed menu and/or the fermentation processes.
