PURPOSE: To facilitate moving of furniture such as a table and to save space when it is not used by providing a furniture consisting of a triangular upper plate, a triangular bottom plate and supporters connecting the both plates and combining a plurality of thus provided furnitures.

CONSTITUTION: A furniture 1 is made of, for example, wood and consists of a right-angled triangular upper plate 2 and a right-angled triangular bottom plate 3 which are parallel and opposing to each other, and supports 4 which are interposed between these upper and bottom plates 2 and 3 to connect them. A multipurpose furniture is used by assembling in such manner, for example, that a pair of furnitures 1 are arranged with the upper plate 2 and the bottom plate 3 of each furniture 1 contacted on their oblique sides. In such an arrangement, the furnitures 1 can most properly be used as a chair, a table, a bench or the like.
