This multipurpose gas dissolution device includes: an upper connection pipe 3 including a screw part 1 at the tip and having a concentric circular fitting tube 2 including a flow passage on the inside thereof; a lower connection pipe 6 including a screw part 4 at the lower end and having a concentric circular double pipe 5 including a flow passage on the inside thereof; a straight cylindrical outer pipe 7 connected with and fitted in the upper connection pipe 3 and the lower connection pipe 6; and a container-shaped inner pipe 11 incorporated in the outer pipe 7, and including a small-diameter inner pipe 8 fitted in the fitting tube 2 of the upper connection pipe 3, and a large-diameter inner pipe 10 continued from the small-diameter inner pipe 8 and integrally formed through a taper surface 9.
