Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a multipurpose utensil capable of being utilized in different stages of cooking work by forming both side edges of a plate into an irregular shape along the length of the plate, forming the plate into a bow shape between the edges, forming a front blade end into protruded shape forward, and locating a handle end in a single plane to form a base section. CONSTITUTION: This multipurpose utensil 10 is formed into a bow shape with the center line kept at the center, and a blade 16 is formed at one end of the tool 10 in the longitudinal direction. The blade end 16 is formed into a slightly protruded shape to match with the interior of a bowl. A handle 20 is integrally formed at the other end of a plate, it is located in a single plane while following a bow-like curve in the lateral direction of the plate, or it is extended in the single plane. The utensil 10 can be vertically erected. Teeth 22, 24 are provided along both edges of the plate of the utensil 10. The teeth 22, 24 are formed into an equilateral triangle, and the height of the teeth 22 on the first side edge is made nearly two times the height of the teeth 24 on the second side edge. The teeth 22, 24 function as inner spatulas for the bowl, and they offer two kinds of pattern edges for ice cake.
