This multipurpose work desk is so constituted that outside frames are attached to left/right side edges of a top board, inside frames are slidably attached to the outside frames, a front rotary shaft and a rear rotary shaft are attached to the front parts and rear parts of the both frames, an endless belt-shaped underlay is rotationally tensioned between the both rotary shafts, an underlay storage mechanism is formed in the lower side part of the top board, a stand part characterized in that the depth of the underlay is extended/contracted by moving the rear rotary shaft in the front/rear direction is provided, and leg parts of extendable and folding mechanism are provided.
