Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely put into a box an article which does not have a fixed shape as a PTP sheet, in which a large number of tablets are packed in a sheet form, and which is deformed when it is held, using a simple construction.
SOLUTION: Holding parts 6, 7, 8, in three stages, are provided in a robot hand 1. Each of the parts 6, 7, 8 consists of a fixed plate and a movable plate. A partition plate is fixed between the first holding part 6 and the second holding part 7. A temporary mount base is provided near a work conveyor 10 and a slide plate is provided so as to be movable toward the upper part of the base. The part 6 grips a work 12 to mount it on the base. The hand 1 is then turned round so that the work 12 on the base is held by the part 1. And the hand 1 is turned round again so that the part 6 grips a succeeding work 12 to mount it on the base. And then the hand 1 is turned round and the part 8 holds the work 12. Further the hand 1 is turned found so that the part 6 grips a succeeding work 12.
