Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hormonal contraceptive pill, based on natural estrogen and capable of realizing the safety of contraception in the progress of the period in the case of a lower estrogen dose and a lower gestagen dose than those of a conventional ovulation, and suppressant and improving the periodic hemorrhagic behavior.
SOLUTION: This multistage preparation for contraception comprises the first stage composed of 2-4 daily dose units, in which all the daily doses entirely contain natural estrogen as an agent, the second stage composed of 22-16 daily dose units, in which all the daily dose units contain a combination of at least one natural estrogen and at least one synthetic or natural gestagen as the agent, the third stage composed of 2-4 daily dose units, in which all the daily dose units entirely contain the natural estrogen as the agent and another stage composed of 2-4 daily dose units, in which all the daily dose units contain a placebo free of pharmaceutical anxiety in the multistage preparation for the contraception.
