Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multistage transmission which is excellent in a gear change characteristic by releasing gears from fastened states that the gear are fastened to a gear shaft into open states by a small forcible release force.SOLUTION: A multistage transmission has an input-side gear shaft to which a plurality of drive-side gears are idly attached, and switches a gear change stage by fastening the gears to the gear shaft. Oscillation arms 45 are attached into the gears so as to be oscillatory, and when tip faces 52a of the oscillation arms 45 are engaged with engagement faces 51a of the gears, the gears are fastened to the gear shaft. Inclination angles α of the engagement faces 51a are set so that gear face load angles θ which are formed of directions of gear face loads Fx applied from the oscillation arms 45 and directions of fasten loads F which are applied between oscillation centers of the oscillation arms 45 and the engagement faces 51a are located inside the oscillation arms 45, and that the gear face load angles θ satisfy a condition of θ>tan*μ.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
