Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multistage vertical furnace system for connection conditions when a plurality of vertical furnaces of 2 or more furnaces are serially connected or various operation conditions are set.SOLUTION: A plurality of vertical furnaces of 2 or more furnaces are serially connected, the first vertical furnace is "pre-furnace 1" and the following vertical furnaces are "post-furnace 2". There is provided a multistage vertical furnace system of a pressure control system for increasing exist flowing gas pressure of the pre-furnace than in-furnace pressure of the post-furnace by +5 mm H2O to +9000 mm H2O.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
