Abstract:
PURPOSE: To heighten the managing capacity of a weight classifying apparatus, prevent an error regarding the number of articles to be supplied, and shorten the classifying time by installing a dispersing apparatus to disperse the articles, a supplying apparatus to send the articles by prescribed number to a weighing container side, and a distributing apparatus, and installing a transporting part in the distributing apparatus.
CONSTITUTION: In a multistep weight classifying apparatus, a dispersing feeder 16 to disperse a large number of articles supplied to prescribed site to the outer surrounding is installed in the center part of a fixed stand 11. Straight proceeding feeders E and collective chute S are installed and fixed in the fixed stand 11 wherein each feeder E receives the articles dispersed by the dispersing feeder 16 and sends the received articles to each of corresponding weighing hopper A side by prescribed number and the chute S receives the articles in the weighing hopper A and distributes the articles by prescribed number and sends them to a distributing apparatus 32. The distributing apparatus 32 is installed and fixed in the floor 33 at the position under the collective chute S.
