Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a large air quantity and high pressure, and stabilize a fan characteristic by arranging a bar-shaped body in the vicinity of a swirl position generated inside a wing vane of a cross flow fan.
SOLUTION: In an air blower composed of a cross flow fan 10, a case blower 11 and a motor 12, a disk 2 of the cross flow fan 10 is formed in a hollow disk shape, and a hollow part 2' is arranged, and a fan boss is arranged in the inside surface center of an impeller 3' positioned in one end part of the cross flow fan 10, and a bearing 5 is arranged in an opening outside edge part of an impeller 3" of the other end part, and the bearing 5 is installed rotatably journalling the shaft at a bearing case 6 arranged on a side plate 11c of the case blower 11. A bar-shaped body 7 is fixed to the side plate 11c, and the bar-shaped body 7 is arranged in the vicinity of a swirl position so that a tip part of the bar-shaped body 7 does to not interfere with a wing vane 1 inside of the cross flow fan.
