To annex a muntin and a horizontal muntin along the size of the allotment of a land on a roof foundation, to abut and position (a roofing along the size of the allotment of the land) the insertion side of a safety piece mounted on the rear tail side of a tile to the muntin while abutting the base of the safety piece against the horizontal muntin and to engage a pair of hooks to the horizontal muntin in a conventional muntin construction method.

A muntin roofing construction method annexes the muntin and the horizontal muntin along the size of the allotment of the land on the roof foundation and roofs the tiles by using the muntin and the horizontal muntin. In the muntin roofing construction method, shaven surfaces formed on the rear tail sides of the tiles are utilized or the tiles are inserted towards openings formed among the sash-bar crest side rears of the tiles and the muntin and the insertion sides of the safety pieces are attached to the muntin in the case of insertions. In the construction method, the shaven surfaces are abutted against the muntin, the bases of the safety pieces are abutted against the surface of the horizontal muntin and the projecting sections of the safety pieces are engaged with the top face of the horizontal muntin.
