Abstract:
To provide a muscle relaxation monitoring device and a medical apparatus system which accurately calculate a muscle relaxation degree by an electromyographic system.SOLUTION: The device comprises: a stimulation section 5 for stimulating nerves of an organism; a signal detection section 6 which detects an electrical signal generated from a muscle reacting with stimulation by the stimulation section 5; an appearance range calculation section 7 which calculates the appearance range of the peak of the electrical signal detected by the signal detection section 6, based on peak position information of the electrical signal obtained by previously stimulating the muscle of the organism by the stimulation section 5; a peak detection section 8 which detects the peak position of the electrical signal detected by the signal detection section 6, based on the appearance range of the peak calculated by the appearance range calculation section 7; and a relaxation degree calculation section 11 which calculates the muscle relaxation degree of the organism, based on the peak position detected by the peak detection section 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
