Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a mushroom-culturing bag capable of being readily torn to facilitate a work for taking out the culture medium from the bag, by disposing a tear-starting part on the periphery of a perforation formed at the somewhat upper part of the bag, the tearing-starting part being faced to the bottom of the bag.

CONSTITUTION: In a mushroom fungus-culturing bag 1 having gazette folds 2 at both the ends, having a perforation formed at the somewhat upper part of the bag produced by fusing one end of a tube consisting of a polyolefin film such as PP film, and further having a filter 4 attached to the perforation, the filter 4 permitting the passage of air but not permitting the passage of microorganisms, the objective bag 1 is characterized by disposing a tear-starting part on the periphery of the perforation, the tear-starting part being faced to the bag bottom 6.
