Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To timewisely vary pitches, amplitudes and timbres of musical sound during a reproducing with reality by processing music data, which consist of a series of musical note data that are recorded on a recording medium and respectively specify pitches and tone lengths of plural musical sounds, with a simple method.
SOLUTION: In a parts data storage area 37, plural parts data are previously standardized and stored to represent time variation of pitches, amplitudes and timbres of an attack section, a sustain section and a release section which are formed based on natural musical instrument sounds. A parts selecting means 42d and a processing and connecting means 43 selectively connect the plural parts data to form musical sound modifying data equivalent to one sound. A pasting means 44 respectively pastes the data to a series of musical note data in the music data.
