Multitrack music data are generated, and arranged and deciphered, the deciphered music data are made to be open to the public on the Internet 100, and an arrangement key for deciphering the music data is sold; and the ciphered music data are downloaded to a reproducing device 20 for reproducing the music data, the arrangement key is purchased, and the downloaded music data are reproduced with the purchased arrangement key.
