The mutant alkaline protease which is an alkaline protease having amino acid sequence expressed in a specific sequence or having ≥ 80% of homology to the specific amino acid sequence, wherein an amino acid residue at (a) position 163, (b) position 170 or (c) position 171 or corresponding positions of these, are substituted with other amino acid residues.
