Abstract:
Compounds of formula: in which: - R1 represents a lower alkyl, hydroxymethyl, hydroxyalkyl or benzyl group, a phenyl group or a 4-hydroxyphenyl group. - R2 and R3, which are identical or different, each represent a lower alkyl, lower alkenyl or lower alkynyl radical or form, together with the nitrogen to which they are attached, a morpholino, thiomorpholino, pyrrolidino, piperazino, 4-(lower alkyl)piperazino or 4-(lower hydroxyalkyl)piperazino group or a piperidino group which is unsubstituted or substituted by a lower alkyl, benzyl, hydroxyl, lower hydroxyalkyl, amino or lower aminoalkyl group. - Ar represents an optionally substituted phenyl, alpha-naphthyl or beta-naphthyl group, or else a heteroaryl group chosen from optionally substituted pyridyl, quinolyl or isoquinolyl, as well as their stereoisomers and their salts with pharmaceutically acceptable inorganic or organic acids. The invention also relates to a process for the preparation of the products of formula I, to their application as medicaments and to the compositions which contain them.
