To provide pharmaceutical compositions, each including a compound which influences nicotinic cholinergic receptor, especially which is useful for treating the states and disorders relating to functional disturbance of the central nervous system and automatic nervous system.
One of the pharmaceutical compositions includes a compound represented by the following formula (wherein the ring is selected so as to be diazaspirononane; R is hydrogen, lower alkyl, acyl, alkoxy carbonyl or aryloxy carbonyl; and Cy is pyridine, etc.) or its medically allowable salt. Another pharmaceutical composition includes a compound selected from the group consisting of 7-(3-pyridyl)-1,7-diazaspiro [4.4] nonane, 6-(3-pyridyl)-1,6-diazaspiro [3.5] nonane, etc. or its medically allowable salt.
