NEW MATERIAL:A compound shown by formula I [R1 and R2 are H, halogen, aryl, alkyl, etc.,; R3WR5 are alkylene; X is CH or N; Y is S, O, NH, etc.; Z is O or NH; A is H, nitroso, amidino, NR6R7(R6 and R7 are H, alkyl, acyl, etc.) or N=R8 (R8 is alkylidene which may be replaced with arbitrarily substituted aryl)] and a salt thereof.
EXAMPLE: 5-Chloro-3-[(4-amino-1-piperazinyl)carbonylmethyl]-2-benzothiazolinone.
USE: Useful for remedying thrombosis, inflammations, allergic diseases and pains.
PREPARATION: For example, a compound shown by formula II or a reactive derivative at its carboxyl group is reacted with a compound shown by formula III or a reactive derivative at its amino group in the presence of condensation agent to give a compound shown by formula I.
