PURPOSE: To eliminate the mutual interference among capacity coefficient elements contained in each circuit network, by providing a means to separate all circuit networks from each other only for a fixed time when the circuit network is switched and shifted.

CONSTITUTION: The signal supplied through a terminal 1 is delivered through a terminal 2 via a resistor 9. Capacitors 51∼58 are switches in thme division by transistors TR71∼78. A switch controller 7 turns on and off the TRs with the clock signal supplied through a terminal 3. At the same time, the pulses are fed to AND gates 61∼68 from a switch inhibiting pulse generator 8 in order to cut off the TR71∼78 for a fixed time when a circuit network is switched and shifted. With this cutoff operation of the TRs, all circuit networks are separated from each other. Thus the mutual interference can be eliminated among capacity coefficient element in each circuit network.
