NEW MATERIAL:A compound shown by formula I [R is H, OH, halogen, alkoxy, alkenyloxy, benzyloxy, etc.; R1 is H, OH, halogen, alkyl, phenyl, etc.; R2 and R3 are H, halogen, formyl, imidazolyl, alkyl phenyl, etc.; m is 1 or 2; Az is 1-imidazolyl, 1-pyrazolyl or 1,2,4-triazol-2-yl which may contain substituent group (carboxyl, OH, NO2, etc.,)] or its acid addition salt.
EXAMPLE: 1-{(5-Chloro-2-hydroxyphenyl)cyclohexylidenemethyl}-1H-imidazole.
USE: An antifungal agent, cardiac and antiviral agent.
PREPARATION: An acetophenone shown by formula II is reacted with a thionyl compound shown by formula (Az)2SO, a carbonyl compound shown by formula (Az)2CO or a compound shown by formula Az-SO-Hal in a proper solvent to give a compound shown by formula I.
