Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a position of a grinding surface of a grindstone in a short time, even in a state of sticking a grinding liquid to a surface of the grindstone.SOLUTION: An NC grinding device comprises a grindstone, grinding liquid supply means 90 for supplying a grinding liquid to a grinding surface of the grindstone and a noncontact type sensor 80 for detecting the grinding surface of the grindstone, and also comprises lapsed time measurement means 61 for measuring a lapsed time tuntil the noncontact type sensor 80 detects a surface of the grinding liquid of sticking to the grinding surface of the grindstone after stopping supply of the grinding liquid, film thickness estimation means 62 for outputting the estimation value Tby estimating a film thickness of the grinding liquid remaining on the grinding surface of the grindstone when detecting by the noncontact type sensor 80 based on the lapsed time tmeasured by the lapsed time measurement means 61 and grinding surface position correction means 63 for correcting a position of the grinding surface of the grindstone when detecting by the noncontact type sensor 80 by using the estimation value Testimated by the film thickness estimation means 62.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
