To provide a profitable NOx removing material which is uniformly and easily mixed cement without requiring additional equipment and gives a kneaded material having superior NOx removing performance.
This NOx removing material consists of matatitanic acid, cement and water, or further may contain an aggregate and a fluidizing agent and preferably is phosphoric acid compd. The NOx removing material is produced by a method for preparing a slurry with matetitanic acid and water and then, kneading this slurry with cement, by a method for preparing the slurry with them and then, kneading the slurry with the cement and the aggregate, by a method for preparing a slurry with metatitanic acid, water and the fluidizing agent and then, kneading this slurry with the cement or by a method for preparing the slurry with them and them, kneading the slurry with the cement and the aggregate.
