The nail clipper can finish clipping one fingernail with one nail clip operation and can clip the nail into nearly the same shape by moving vertically closer two or more plates that each have a cutting plane of the same shape vertically at the same position, with a shaft provided in the center between the plates as a base. Furthermore, since the vertical nail clipping plates are equipped with two or more nail clipping portions with two or more sizes, it has become possible to clip both five fingernails and five toenails with one nail clipper in an easy manner.
