Abstract:
To provide a nail file that has a smooth touch to the nail as well as a little load on the nail during the use, that excels in hygienic control, safety, etc., and that possesses a novel milled file pattern.SOLUTION: A milled file pattern 10 for polishing nails and a grip 20 for holding by hand or clipping by fingers are formed with titanium or titanium alloy. As to the projection (blade) of the milled file pattern 10, when grooves are formed on the material surface by laser irradiation with CAD/CAM, they are formed by flash pairs of titanium swept out from the material surface. Also, the flash height of titanium is set in the range of 25-50 μm, while the groove pitch is set in the range of 0.25-1.0 mm. Further, the plate thickness t of the entirety is set in the range of 0.5-1.0 mm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
