Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the separation of a film from being generated at the time of driving a nail as to a nail, the nail head part of which is coated with a resin, and its manufacture.
CONSTITUTION: A nail head part 7 is covered with a thermoplastic resin film 8 which has high shock resistance and high flexibility, and the nail head part is covered with a thermoplastic resin by powder coating to which a fluid immersion method or an electrostatic coating method is applied.
