Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce the running cost of the casting device and greatly prolong the service life of the tool.
CONSTITUTION: This machine is constituted so that an exchanging type tip 10 consisting of a hardened material is attached to the tip part of a cutter 2 being the tool for manufacturing a nail. Also, as a material for the tip, a cemented carbide containing 69-94wt.% WC as the main component, 5-30wt.% Co as the metallic phase and 0.1-5wt.% 1 to 3 kinds of VC, NbC, TaC, TiC, Cr3C2, Mo2C, ZrC and HfC as the grain growth restraining component and having ≥A1 porosity by the ASTM porosity chart and 1-10μm average grain diameter of WC is used.
