Title:
NAIL POLISHING SHEET
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3768204
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nail polishing sheet wherein a grinding and polishing layer is integrally formed on the same surface of a base fabric, thereby allowing smooth nail polishing.
SOLUTION: A nail polishing sheet 1 has a grinding and polishing layer 1a integrally formed on the same surface of a base fabric made of paper, nonwoven fabric, fabric, and so on. Inorganic micropowder of the grain size of 3 to 8 μm is coated or attached onto the base fabric using a synthetic resin as a binder, and a polishing agent and pearl powder, as a containing support body of the polishing agent, are coated on or impregnated in the base fabric, thereby integrally forming the grinding and polishing layer 1a. A simple substance or compound of alumina, calcium carbonate, diatomaceous earth, silica, diamond, iron oxide or the like are used as the inorganic micropowder. One or more selected among natural carnauba wax, olive oil, sasanqua oil, sunflower oil, squalane, and sweet almond oil are used as the polishing agent. Since this nail polishing sheet has the grinding and polishing layer integrally formed on the one surface of the base fabric, the nail grinding and polishing are performed at the same time regardless of the side of the base fabric. This allows a user to polish the nail smoothly and effectively, removing the burden of conventional nail polishing work.
