PURPOSE: To enhance the connection strength and holding performance by driving nails so that nail axes each cross each other on a connection surface of members to be connected or in the vicinity thereof with inclination in respect to a line perpendicular to the connection surface by symmetrical inclination angles.

CONSTITUTION: In order to nail members 1, 2 to be connected, nails 3, 4 are applied such that axes of the nails 3, 4 approach and cross each other on a connection surface 5 of the members 1, 2. The nails 3, 4 are driven with inclination in respect to a line P perpendicular to the connection surface 5 by symmetrical inclination angles. The nails 3, 4 can be simultaneously applied or independently applied. The axial ends are taperedly positioned from a crossing part 6, serving as anchors. Separation resistance of the members 1, 2 to be connected can be increased.
