Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of nailing work by automatically repairing an error in nail supply.
SOLUTION: This nailing machine is provided with a nail relay supply mechanism 11 between a nailing holder mechanism 7 and a nail supply section 9. The nail relay supply mechanism 11 has plural nail supply holders 18 which flatly and intermittently rotate to a nail hand receiving position on the side of the nail supply section 9 and a nail hand-over position on the side of the nailing holder mechanism 7. Every time a game board 3, the nailing holder mechanism 7 and a hammer mechanism 8 operate reverse from the order of the driving position by nailing data, the nail supply holders 18 hand over the nails 12 received from the side of the nail supply section 9 in the nail receiving position to the nailing holder mechanism 7 at the nail hand-over position. When the nailing holder mechanism 7 moves to the nailing position and stops, the nails 12 supported by the nailing holder mechanism 7 are driven to the game board 3 by the hammer mechanism 8.
