Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display that enables stereoscopic viewing with naked eyes by accumulation of elements reproducing solid angles of lights.SOLUTION: Three or more image elements which have specifically different directions (hereinafter referred to as azimuth elements) with respect to a screen are combined so that a collection element (2) is formed. Each of the azimuth elements is provided with one piece of azimuth information and the luminous intensity of each element is controlled so that azimuths are synthesized and the luminances and azimuths of lights in the collection element are thus reproduced. The collection element is accumulated on a flat surface or a curved surface so that a display screen is formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
