PURPOSE: To provide a combustion controller of a garbage incinerator which enables efficient burning at a burning zone by judging the presence of the generation of unburned garbage in a post burning zone accurately.
CONSTITUTION: A drying zone A is arranged to dry matters to be burned, a burning zone B to burn the matters to be burned dried and a post burning zone C to turn the matters to be burned to ashes sequentially. A combustion controller thus obtained is for a stoker type garbage incinerator which is provided with an air supply means 8 to supply air for burning from below. A temperature detection means T is provided to detect a radiation temperature of the matters to be burned on the post burning zone C, a judging means 10a which supplies air for detecting temperature to the post burning zone C by the air supply means 8 to judge burning condition from temperature changes of the matters to be burned detected by the temperature detection means T during the supply of the air and a combustion control means 10 to perform a combustion control based on the results of the judgment of the judging means.
