PURPOSE: To inexpensively provide a multilayered laminate excellent in gas barrier properties and mechanical strength, not lowered in gas barrier properties even by retorting or boiling treatment and excellent in the preservability of content.

CONSTITUTION: A multilayered laminate is constituted by laminating at least one resin layer containing an ethylenic copolymer containing an ethylene unit and an acrylic derivative unit and/or a methacrylamide derivative unit and other thermoplastic resin layer using a hygroscopic gas barrier layer as an intermediate layer.
