Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain the subject composition good in lubricity, causing no heat streak development, thus capable of giving products of high surface gloss by incorporating a base oil consisting of a synthetic fatty acid ester with each specified amount of a thiophosphate, etc., glycol monoether and fatty acid.
CONSTITUTION: The objective composition is obtained by incorporating (A) a base oil consisting of a synthetic fatty acid ester such as butyl stearate with (B) 0.5-20wt.% of a thiophosphate and/or thiophosphite, (C) 3-20wt.% of a glycol monoether, and (D) 0.1-10wt.% of a fatty acid. This composition, which has the viscosity of ≤20cst at 50°C, is used in the form of an emulsion dispersed in water at a concentration of 1-20wt.%.
