PURPOSE: To provide an electrolytic working device for a blade having a shroud which can carry out the working for the blade having a shroud which has a tip part and a route part from the rough works to the finishing work at the same time with high precision, and can work the blade having the different inclination by the same device.

CONSTITUTION: An electrolytic working device for a blade having a shroud is equipped with a holding device 10 which supports the dovetail part 6 and the shroud part 7 of a work 5 in a watertight form, and holds a work at a twisted position around the axis center X and sets the work as anode, shoulder surface electrode 16 for forming the shoulder part of the blade on the work, and a belly surface electrode 18 for forming the belly part of the blade. Further, the electrolytic working device is equipped with an electrode 20 for the uniform flow of an electrolytic liquid along the blade surface of the blade and an electrode holder 30 which surrounds the work and the electrode in an insulative and watertight form, and nips the work in the direction crossing at right angle with the axis center X between the electrodes and sets the electrode as cathode.
